Juan Carlos Alvarado (born December 28, 1964 in Guatemala) is a famous Christian Pop singer, well recognized by his unforgettable songs, such as: Cristo no esta muerto, El Senor es mi Pastor, No Basta, Tu Mano me Sostiene, Por la fe and among others.

Biography

In 1985, musician, songwriter, singer, author, speaker and pastor, Juan Carlos Alvarado, as the director of Palabra en Accion, recorded his first album, Digno de alabar. Today he has recorded more than 31 albums that are available on cassette, CD, and DVDs. He has sold over 10,000,000 copies of his records in Mexico, the United States and Latin America. In 1992 Juan Carlos Alvarado recorded his first "Live" album as a singer, entitled Leon de Juda. More than 7,000 attended this spectacular event to praise and worship the Lord.

After the blessing achieved by the production AVIVA EL FUEGO, Hosanna Integrity and Canzion Productions worked together with Juan Carlos Alvarado to produce Glorificate and Tu Palabra consecutively in 1993.

Early life

As a child JKA had a passion for singing and playing the piano.[1] As a teenager, he played in a secular rock band which was very popular in those years.

Personal life

Juan Carlos Alvarado's personal life with God started in the early 1980s when, at age 21, he became the worship band director of Palabra en Accion Juan Carlos has two sons and a daughter that reside in Canada. His eldest son Buddy, is also a songwriter.

Tu Palabra Cantare ,the new album recorded Live in the City of Mexico in 2008, is Juan Carlos most recent production. More than 10,000 people cheered and praised the Lord, while Juan Carlos Alvarado sang beautiful new songs such as: Por la fe, Salmo 3, among others. The Coliseum was overpowered by the crowd's praise and worship to God, and the Holy Spirit was felt among the hearts of many.
